Method 1 – Fix your browser
Most of the times, your browser or a temporary file/cookie is the reason for the Error. So first we’ll try to fix this by cleaning the browser, follow the following steps to do so-
Step 1. Open Chrome.
Step 2. On your browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu.
Step 3. Click on More tools>Clear browsing data.
Step 4. In the box that appears, click the checkboxes for”Cookies and other site and plug-in data” and”Cached images and files.”
Step 5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Normally choosing one week is enough.
Step 6. Click Clear browsing data.
Step 7. Now restart the chrome browser and try to load the site you want to access. If the problem still occurs, then try the next method-
Method 2- Fix your computer
Just like your browser, different apps and files create temporary and junk files on your computer. And sometimes these junk files are the reason for blocking a particular or all websites. So now we’ll try to fix err empty response error by deleting these temporary files, for doing so follow the steps below-
Step 1. Go to Start menu and type command in the search box while holding Ctrl+shift on your keyboard and hit Enter.
Step 2. A dialog box will open then click on the Yes button.

Method 3- Update system drivers
It happens rarely but if the problem is still there, then it can be because of outdated drivers. If that’s the case, then follow these steps to fix it-
Step 1. Click on the Start menu and type System Restore and hit the Enter button.
Step 2. Then follow the steps given in the pop-up in the system restore Wizard to select a restore spot.
Step 3. And finally, restore your computer.
