Cube iwork8 Ultimate Review :
The Cube brand is manufactured and based in China, and their products are aimed at the low to medium range budget customers. Most companies that target this market use older operating systems, or Android at least, so it’s refreshing to see a product running windows 10 for this market. Not only that, but it’s the fully licensed professional version. While the OS started with its problems, it’s more than capable now and is quickly becoming the favored Operating System around the world.
Most Cube iwork8 Ultimate reviews are focused on removing the tablet from the box. In this review, we focus on the actual practicality of the tablet itself.
Design :
This Tablet is sleek and thin, only 9.8 mm thick. If you like thin tablets, this is great and admittedly, it is very portable. But you can’t help but worry sometimes if it may break in transit with such a delicate feel. That being said, there are hundreds of protective tablet cases out there for sale. Some of them even come with a guarantee that if the tablet breaks within the case, the case company will buy you a new one. When in doubt, go for a case with this guarantee- it means they are confident in their product.
Display :
The display on this is 8 inches, which, again is very portable but it is worth saying that there is a border around the display, so it’s not as small as it sounds. You can hold it with one or both hands comfortably. The back panel can’t be opened, as is the case with most tablets.

Battery :
The battery is built-in and rechargeable, which is a good thing because the battery doesn’t last long. If you’re taking it out and about, make sure to bring your charger in case you need to charge it in the middle of the day. Also, you may not want or be able to use it outside. As soon as you take it out into the natural light, the glare hides most of the screen from you. For inside, it’s absolutely fine and is perfectly visible even set as low as 30 percent.
Features & Performance
It comes with many ports, including an HDI interface you can use to hook it up to a projector for presentations or a TV for watching movies. There are also USB ports as well as an SD card slot, earphone jack, and a Home key. On the back of the tablet you’ll find the rear camera and the loudspeaker.
Unfortunately, “Loudspeaker” isn’t such a great name for it. While headphones are loud and clear with this tablet, the actual speaker leaves you wanting. It’s hard to hear at a lower volume, say, 60 or 70 percent but if you put it up to full volume, it starts to sound canned and still isn’t very loud at all. There’s no SIM card capabilities with this tablet, so it won’t work on your mobile plan but it is great if you prefer wifi.
Final Verdict & Conclusion :
Even with these features, the best part of this tablet is the hardware and OS within it. Getting windows 10 at the tablets standard price of about 100 dollars is almost unheard of, and almost seems too good to be true. On top of that, it comes with an Intel Cherry Trail quad core CPU, part of the Intel Atom x-5 series and it runs at 1.84 GHz. check out the pricing section for best place to buy this tablet at the lowest possible price.
