This page on Statista shows that in January 2018, the top grossing game on iOS was Candy Crush Saga, with just under $2,250,000 daily revenue. Its main competition is… Candy Crush Soda Saga, with just under $1,700,000 revenue per day.
When you put these two’s revenues together, they generate almost as much as the rest of the top ten games on that list.

Candy Crush Saga can be so addictive that there is actually such a thing as Candy Crush Rehab for players who have spent too much time or money playing the game. There’s actually a Candy Crush rehabilitation center in Los Angeles, and I’m sure plenty more around the world.
